[DSH.com] New Direct Download for October

Lol, sorry everyone I forgot yesterday was Wednesday and as you know every Wednesday means a new direct download will be added to the PSP site. Fret not I'm in the process of working on it as we speak. After all the old downloads have been safely backed up and archived they links will be removed and the new downloads will be added.
